IT Skill Development Program

About the Program

Join our IT skill development program and start on an accelerated track to a career in software development, where you will learn within a cohort of experienced instructors to solve real problems.

This program is conducted online through a partnership with our preferred partner, Catalyte, at no cost to the participant. Classes are selected through an online screening and interview process conducted by Catalyte.

No prior experience in software development is necessary, but the program does require a 40-hour-a-week commitment spread over 16-20 weeks. Catalyte trainees will learn all the skills necessary to become technology professionals.

Upon program completion, Catalyte graduates may be eligible for full-time employment with Koch companies.
